Q1. how long does my order take to arrive
A1 . most of our products are custom made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to ship out depending on work load you can check this by calling the office or email messaging us . we aim to complete all orders as soon as possible after purchase .
in stock orders are dispatched same or next day where possible
as for the delivery times of the couiror it really depends on the couiror but usually no more than 5 working days
we despatch all items with royal mail or a courior depending on size
Q2 can i return the item i dont want it now .
